Patricia Chase
A former Mequon-Thiensville Teacher of the Year, Pat has been an adjunct Associate Professor in Reading at Cardinal Stritch University and an instructor at University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Pat brings more than 3 decades of classroom experience and is recognized statewide for her leadership in the area of literacy. She is featured in Teaching Math: A Video Library produced by WGBH Boston and is a contributing author to the HarperCollins Math Start series.
Denise Pheifer
Denise is a well-known staff development presenter and consultant who has written and published several leadership informational manuals and has 25 years of secondary and post-secondary teaching experience. She is an adjunct Associate Professor in Education at Cardinal Stritch University. Denise serves as the Executive Director for Wisconsin ASCD.
Larry Pheifer
Larry has leadership experience with service industry management, mission and vision buy-in, research and development, change management, measurement and satisfaction. Larry has presented nationally in the area of continuous quality improvement. He brings 27 years of knowledge and experience at various levels of administration and leadership. Larry serves as the Executive Director for the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians.

Chase/Pheifer & Associates educational staff development provides research-based programs to
