You will have a dedicated phone line which will be answered using your organization’s name. Your organization will also have its own email address and website if you choose. All correspondence, paper or electronic, will include your organization’s contact information and logo.

Chase/Pheifer & Associates will keep all of your organization’s proprietary information confidential, nothing is disclosed to third parties without your permission. Likewise, there is no co-mingling of funds, Chase/Pheifer & Associates maintains separate bank accounts for each association we manage. You can be assured of our utmost discretion at all times.

You are freed from the responsibility of being an employer!
Your relationship with our association management company is that of an independent contractor. That means your Board is freed from worrying about worker’s compensation, employment taxes, fringe benefits, avoiding discrimination and all the other potential liability of an employer. The flexibility and shared resources of Chase/Pheifer & Associates is also a tremendous benefit to your organization. You will realize savings in computers, office equipment, rent and other expenses that go into maintaining a business office.
