| Larry Pheifer | Larry has leadership experience with service industry management, mission and vision buy-in, research and development, change management, measurement and satisfaction. Larry has presented nationally in the area of continuous quality improvement. He brings 30 years of knowledge and experience at various levels of administration and leadership. He has produced and contributed to the audiotape series Leaping out of the Traditional Management Box. Larry serves as the Executive Director for the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians. Larry also serves as the Managing Partner for Chase/Pheifer & Associates. | |
| Denise Pheifer | Denise is a well-known staff development presenter and consultant who has written and published several leadership informational manuals and has 25 years of secondary and post-secondary teaching experience. She is an adjunct Associate Professor in Reading at Cardinal Stritch University. Denise is a reading specialist and taught middle and high school English for 15 years. Denise has served as the Executive Director for Wisconsin Association for Supervision and Curriculum since 1997. | |
| Becky Wimmer | Becky has over 15 years of experience in non-profit associations and organizations. Becky's expertise lies in the area of organization, management of systems, use of technology and time management. She has pioneered the use of electronic communications with associations and has developed methods for measuring and tracking member participation and involvement. She has developed timeline systems for use with cyclical events. Becky is currently pursuing certification as an association executive. Becky also serves as the Assistant Executive Director for the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians and Executive Director of its Foundation. She also serves as the Administrative Partner for Chase/Pheifer & Associates. | |
