When you enter into a relationship with Chase/Pheifer & Associates, your association has the support of our entire team—experienced, results-oriented professionals dedicated to the long-term success of your association.

The Chase/Pheifer & Associates Association Management Team includes the following:

Association Executives – Our Association Executives are all experienced association management professionals who work closely with association leadership on the areas of strategic planning, leadership development and providing value to members.

Association Management Assistants – They are the frontline for their designated associations. Their strong customer service backgrounds and effective communications skills provide valuable assets to your board, committees and association members. They facilitate activities and issues with the executive director and other team members. They are responsible for communications components of the association including print and electronic newsletters and blast emails. They oversee and implement deadlines from the beginning stages of development to the delivery of products. Database management is another important responsibility that they take pride in. This includes dues renewals, preparing reports and other data mining activities. We currently have three Association Management Assistants on staff.

Meeting Planner – Our Meeting Planner, a member of Meeting Planners International, handles every aspect of your meeting – site selection and planning, speaker arrangements, A/V needs, exhibits coordination, banquet event planning and more.

Financial Manager – Managing accounts receivables, accounts payables, and preparation of monthly financial statements for your board are some of the primary responsibilities of our Financial Manager. She provides graphical representations of your association’s financial status for at-a-glance presentations to the Board and membership.

In addition to our highly skilled staff, Chase/Pheifer & Associates retains working relationships with graphic artists, printers, web designers, government relation consultants, fund raising consultants, strategic planning consultants and leadership development consultants. Our entire team of experts stands ready to help your association advance strategically and successfully toward your goals.
